- After 36 months the service simply continues month to month. Cancel anytime with one month’s notice. Any future price change comes with advance notice — and you can cancel before it applies.

- Want to leave during the term? Pay the remaining months in one payment — no penalties, no interest. The bespoke design and code are released to you, and your domain was yours all along.
- Yours when the term ends
- After 36 months you own the bespoke design and source code, free to host, change, or move it anywhere.

FAQ
The fine print, in plain language
Why is there really no upfront fee?
It’s not a free gift — it’s how we’ve structured the deal. We fund the initial build ourselves and spread that cost across the 36-month service term. You start at zero, and we only get paid if we build something good enough for you to approve.
When does the contract actually start?
Only after two things happen: you give written approval of the finished website, and it’s ready to launch. Until then there is no agreement and no payment obligation. The first €75 is paid in advance, immediately before launch.
What does the 36-month term mean for me?
It’s the initial commitment that lets us build with no upfront payment. During those 36 months the price stays fixed at €75/month. Afterwards the service continues month to month and you can cancel with one month’s notice.
What if I want to leave early?
You can, at any time, by paying the remaining monthly fees in one payment. No penalty, no interest. After cleared payment you receive the bespoke design and source code, you keep your domain, and you’re free to move the website anywhere.
What do I own, and when?
Your domain is registered in your name from day one — it’s always yours. During the term, miisite owns the website and you have full use of it while payments are current. Once the 36 months are complete (or you buy out early), the bespoke design and source code become yours to host, modify, or migrate.
What happens in the 14 days?
The clock starts when we’ve received all the agreed content. We design and build the full website within 14 days, then you get two revision rounds to refine it. Delays in supplying content or feedback don’t count against the 14 days.
What can I change after launch?
The package includes 300 support minutes per year for small changes — text edits, image swaps, minor layout adjustments. We acknowledge routine requests within two business days, and outages we’ve caused get priority. Bigger changes are quoted separately.
Can I update the website myself?
On Essential, no — and that’s deliberate. There’s no CMS to learn, break, or maintain; you send us the change and we make it properly. If you’d rather edit your own content — articles, section copy, contact details — that’s exactly what the Editable plan is for.
Do you take every project?
No. We review each inquiry and accept projects where the package genuinely fits. The no-obligation preview applies once we’ve agreed the project and scope together — it’s not an automatic free build for every request.
What about VAT and currency?
Prices are excl. VAT and invoiced in EUR, paid monthly in advance by card or SEPA. If your bank account is in another currency, your payment provider handles the conversion.
