Service terms

These are the working terms of the miisite website service, written in plain language. They describe the same deal we explain on the homepage — no surprises hidden down here.

The service

miisite designs, builds, hosts, and maintains a custom website of up to five core business pages (plus necessary legal pages), in one language, with a responsive design for mobile, tablet, and desktop. Hosting, SSL, maintenance, uptime monitoring, security updates, backups where applicable, basic on-page SEO, and support are included.

Price and payment

  • €75 per month, excluding VAT, invoiced in EUR.
  • Paid monthly in advance, by automatic card payment or SEPA.
  • Currency conversion, where relevant, is handled by your payment provider.
  • The price is guaranteed for the full 36-month initial term.

Approval and start of the agreement

You may review the completed website without any payment obligation. The agreement and billing begin only when you give written approval and the website is ready to launch. The first monthly payment is due immediately before launch. If you don’t approve the website, neither party is obliged to proceed — and the unapproved preview remains miisite’s property and may not be published, copied, or transferred to another provider.

The 14-day delivery promise

Your website will be designed and ready within 14 days after we receive all agreed content. Delays in supplying content or feedback don’t count toward this period. Two consolidated revision rounds are included; a fundamentally different design direction, new pages, or new functionality fall outside them and may be quoted separately.

Term, renewal, and cancellation

  • The initial term is 36 months from launch.
  • Afterwards, the service continues month to month.
  • You may then cancel with one month’s notice, effective at the end of the prepaid period.
  • After the initial term, prices may change only with advance notice — and you may cancel before a change takes effect.

Leaving early

You may end the agreement during the initial term by paying the remaining monthly fees in one payment. No penalty or interest applies. After cleared payment, the bespoke design and source code are released to you, you keep your domain, and you may move the website to another provider.

Ownership

  • Your domain is registered in your name and is yours from day one.
  • During the initial term, miisite owns the website; you have the right to use it while payments are current.
  • After completing the term (or an early buyout), you own the bespoke design and source code, with the right to host, modify, or migrate the website.
  • miisite retains ownership of its reusable tools, internal frameworks, generic components, methods, and libraries.

Content

You supply the business information, text, photos, logos, and any legally required content; we structure, polish, and design it. You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you supply. miisite may decline unlawful, misleading, or infringing content. Full copywriting, professional photography, and translations are separate services.

Support and maintenance

  • 300 support minutes per 12-month period, tracked in 15-minute intervals.
  • Unused minutes expire at the end of each annual period and don’t roll over.
  • Routine requests are acknowledged within two business days.
  • Outages caused by miisite receive priority attention.
  • Maintenance covers miisite’s own code and infrastructure — not third-party outages, customer-created faults, changes by other providers, or new functionality.

Failed payments

Monthly payments have a 14-day grace period. After it, miisite may suspend the website until the account is settled. Continued non-payment may lead to termination; outstanding contractual amounts remain payable.

Portfolio

miisite may feature completed customer websites in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing material. You may request an opt-out where confidentiality is required.
